Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Fillnetic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Fillnetic is an online form builder that allows users to create forms, collect responses, accept payments via Stripe, book appointments, and gather e-signatures. We provide the platform; you are responsible for the content of the forms you create and the data you collect through them.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Fillnetic to:

• Collect data from individuals without their knowledge or consent
• Create forms that are deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent
• Collect sensitive personal data (such as payment card numbers) outside of the designated payment fields
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including data protection laws in your jurisdiction
• Send spam or unsolicited communications using data collected through the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts

5. Payments and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case.

7. Your data and your customers' data

You own the data collected through your forms. We store it on your behalf and do not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

You are the data controller for any personal data collected from your form respondents. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis for collecting that data and that your own privacy policy accurately describes how you use it.

8. Intellectual property

The Fillnetic platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. You retain ownership of the content you create — your form designs, questions, and branding. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep Fillnetic available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will try to give advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fillnetic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
