About Fillnetic

Fillnetic is an online form builder built specifically for small business owners. We built it because the tools that already existed were either too simple, too expensive, or too complicated — and most of them required you to stitch together three or four separate subscriptions to do what one form should be able to do.

Why we built this

Most small businesses need to do a handful of things with forms: collect information from clients, take a payment, book a time, get a signature on a contract. Simple enough in theory. In practice, that usually means a form builder subscription, a booking tool subscription, a payment processor, and a separate e-signature tool — each with its own login, its own pricing, and its own learning curve.

Fillnetic puts all of that in one place. You build one form, add the fields you need — including payment, booking, and signature fields — and publish it. Your client fills it out once. You get everything you need in one submission.

We're not trying to be everything to everyone. We're focused on the workflows that small business owners actually use every day: client intake, appointment booking, contract signing, payment collection, and lead capture. We do those things well, and we price them so that a solo consultant or a five-person agency can afford them without thinking twice.
